About Mayrasa

Mayrasa is an estate agent which specializes in resale and brand-new properties in the Costa Blanca.

It was rewarded by SOLVIA for the best commercial collaboration in Alicante south during 2013. Sebastian Arias and Israel Ruano founded the company in 2010 with the idea of connecting buyer and seller in a more professional, easier and efficient manner.

We started up in difficult times for the Spanish Property market, however, we are very proud for achieving a growth during such a difficult period.

In 2014 Mayrasa expanded its borders and started working with the French and Belgium market, three years later, in 2017 Mayrasa starts working with the Scandinavian market and opens a department exclusively working for the property owners.

Although we have expanded our business during the years our goals have not changed, these are giving the best customer service possible and help those who need to buy or sell a property. Likewise, our familiar touch persists, and we want to keep it this way.
